At the end of my class on creating affiliate loyalty in a digital age, I was tasked with creating an infographic that highlights some best practices that we learned in class. I loved this class and learned a lot in it, but the greatest takeaway for me was the importance of treating customers like human beings. We all long for human connection, it is an innate need that dates back to creation. When you take the time to listen and care for your customers, you position yourself to become their favorite brand!
